University of Louisville Football Recruiting Update: Class of 2025 Prospects and Commitments

The University of Louisville football program is on fire on the recruiting trail, with head coach Jeff Brohm and his staff securing seven commitments from the Class of 2025 in June alone. The latest additions include edge rushers Eric Hazzard from Franklin, Tenn., and Tyrone Burrus from Indianapolis.

With a total of 12 commitments for the ’25 class, the Cardinals have been making waves on both sides of the ball. On offense, they have secured commitments from quarterback Mason Mims, wide receiver Jordan Allen, offensive lineman Gradey Anthony, running back Jaylin Brown, and tight end Grant Houser. On defense, the team has added Burrus and Hazzard, as well as cornerback Antonio Harris, safety Josh Johnson, safety Micah Rice, defensive lineman Dillon Smith, and linebacker Caleb Matelau.

Brohm and his staff are aiming to wrap up the class soon, with a target number of 15 to 18 prospects. The team has hosted 24 official visitors this month, with five prospects still undecided. Among the five prospects that Louisville is actively recruiting, there are pending decisions that could shape the future of the ’25 class.
