Vivo Pad 3 quietly listed on official website in China: Design, colours, RAM, storage configurations confirmed
Vivo has silently unveiled the Vivo Pad 3 on its official website in China, teasing some key details about the upcoming tablet. While the company has not disclosed all the specifications, it has confirmed the design, colour options, RAM, and storage configurations of the device. The Vivo Pad 3 will be a more affordable version of the Vivo Pad 3 Pro, which was introduced earlier this year.
The Vivo Pad 3 sports a sleek design with uniform bezels and a raised circular rear camera module in the top left corner of the back panel. It will be available in three colour options – Cold Star Grey, Spring Tide Blue, and Thin Purple. The tablet will come in four RAM and storage variants – 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. The prices for these configurations are yet to be revealed, but pre-orders will begin in China on June 28.
Speculations suggest that the Vivo Pad 3 could be a rebranded version of the iQoo Pad 2, which was launched in China recently. If this turns out to be true, the Vivo Pad 3 might share similar features with the iQoo tablet. The iQoo Pad 2 features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, a 10,000mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging, a 12.05-inch 120Hz display, and runs on Android 14-based OriginOS 4. It also boasts an eight-speaker audio system, a 5-megapixel front camera, and an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash.
In China, the iQoo Pad 2 starts at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 24,000) for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 2,799 (roughly Rs. 32,000). The 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB versions are listed at CNY 3,099 (roughly Rs. 35,000) and CNY 3,399 (roughly Rs. 39,000) respectively.
