The Tennessee Volunteers baseball team is making waves in the college baseball world with their recent addition of highly-touted portal prospect Gavin Kilen from Louisville. Kilen, who announced his decision via Instagram, is a transfer infielder who brings a wealth of talent and experience to the Vols lineup.

During his sophomore season at Louisville, Kilen received third-team All-ACC honors while boasting an impressive batting average of .339 with nine home runs. He led the Cardinals in multiple offensive categories, including hits, doubles, and total bases. His 22 doubles led the ACC and solidified his place as a standout player in the conference.

Kilen, a left-handed batter who throws with his right hand, is known for his defensive skills as well. With a fielding percentage of .951 and a knack for the bat flip, Kilen is sure to bring some excitement to the Volunteer program.
