New Pocket Neighborhood Development Brings 21 New Homes to Clarksville

Residents like Amy Rock, who relocated to Clarksville from the Indianapolis area four years ago, are excited about the new development. Rock and her family enjoy the historic charm of their neighborhood and are looking forward to the addition of modern homes in the area.

The new homes will feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, a garage or driveway, and will offer a fresh and modern look to the neighborhood. The homes will be built by Millennium Builders and will be approximately 14,000 square feet each.

The 2.5-acre property was previously home to Paper Products, Inc., but closed in 2020. The Clarksville Redevelopment Commission purchased the property and is now overseeing the development of the new homes.

While some residents have expressed concerns about the need for more housing in Clarksville, Rock believes that the new development will help raise property values in the area. The listing prices for the new homes are expected to range between $325,000 and $355,000.
