Fatal Shooting at Louisville Apartment Complex in Algonquin Neighborhood
In a tragic turn of events, a person was shot and killed early Tuesday morning at an apartment complex in the Algonquin neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. According to Louisville Metro Police, the incident occurred just before 12:30 a.m. when LMPD Fourth Division officers responded to a shooting in the 1500 block of Bellamy Place, near the University of Louisville.
Upon arrival, police discovered a young man inside an apartment, believed to be in his late teens or early 20s, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
